  • Do you ship outside of Canada?
    No, unfortunately international shipments are subject to much greater scrutiny than domestic ones, so therefore we only ship within Canada, no exceptions.
  • Do you wholesale?
    Please submit the form on our contact page and we will forward you a wholesale catalog. Please note that not all products on our website are available for wholesale, and that the minimum order quantity to qualify for wholesale pricing is $2500
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order through our websites shop page, and pay via Interac E-transfer or Cryptocurrency. It is not nescessary for you to make an account before ordering, however you must be of legal age in your juristiction of residence to order.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    All orders are processed within 24hrs of payment and you will receive an email update when your order is processed. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, and you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking link as your order is shipped.
  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    If you live in Western Canada, your order will likely be delivered in 2-3 business days If you live in Eastern Canada, your order will likely be delivered in 3-5 business days. If you live in the maritimes, or in a remote area, it may take up to 7 business days or more.
  • Do you ship discreetly?
    Yes, all orders are securely and discreetly packaged in plain cardboard boxes with no logo or mention of Psychedelics on the exterior of the box. Packages are shipped by a benign parent company that has nothing to do with Psychedelics. We also ship with signature release required, to prevent lost packages.
  • Do you offer refunds or returns?
    No, we do not offer refunds or returns and all sales are final, however if you are unsatisfied with a product or if your order never arrived don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will work out a solution. Please refer to our Policies page for a full list of website and online store policies.
  • How do I leave a review?
    You can leave a review of our products and services on our Reviews Page. Leaving a review also qualifies you for a 10% discount on your next order. After leaving a review you will automatically be emailed a discount coupon code.
